Met de rug tegen de muur staan, kan dan uitkomst bieden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Begin in&#xA0;<a href=\"https:\/\/mens-en-gezondheid.infonu.nl\/spiritueel\/135157-yogahoudingen-tadasana-berghouding.html\">tadasana<\/a>&#xA0;(berghouding).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Buig de rechterknie, pak het onderbeen met de rechterhand vast en plaats de voet tegen de binnenkant van het linkerdijbeen. Plaats de voetzool stevig tegen het been, de tenen vlak boven de knie. Houd de linkerknie recht.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leg de handen &#x2013; zodra u op een been kunt staan zonder het evenwicht te verliezen &#x2013; tegen elkaar in&#xA0;<em>namast&#xE9;<\/em>. Strek de armen verticaal boven het hoofd en adem rustig door in de&#xA0;<a href=\"https:\/\/mens-en-gezondheid.infonu.nl\/spiritueel\/149154-ademoefeningen-volledige-yoga-ademhaling-pranayama.html\">volledige yoga-ademhaling<\/a>. Probeer de schouders zo laag mogelijk te houden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Blijf enkele seconden tot een halve minuut in vrksasana, afhankelijk van de mate waarin u het evenwicht kunt bewaren. Probeer te voorkomen dat u voortdurend denkt aan het bewaren van dat delicate evenwicht. Zodra uw geest in dat opzicht gepreoccupeerd is, zult u namelijk eerder vallen. Iedereen kent dat gevoel, vergelijkbaar met vlak bij een afgrond staan. Staar naar een&#xA0;<strong>vast punt<\/strong>&#xA0;dat zich op enige afstand bevindt. Druk de voet stevig tegen het dijbeen om te voorkomen dat de voet naar beneden glijdt.
