In een solo-dansrecital verbeeldt een individuele danser de rollen van zowel de held (n&#x101;yaka) als de heldin (n&#x101;yik&#x101;) en alle personages die in het lied aanwezig zijn, worden ook door het individu uitgebeeld door zijn\/haar gebaren, acties, emoties en het lied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In een dansvoorstelling spelen de heldinnen (n&#257;yik&#257;&rsquo;s) een cruciale rol. De meeste liedjes zijn gecomponeerd alsof de heldin haar gevoelens voor de held uitdrukt. Er is dus veel ruimte voor de danser om zijn\/haar talenten tentoon te spreiden door de verschillende classificaties van de <a class=\"glossaryLink\"  aria-describedby=\"tt\"  data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Nayika&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;N&#257;yik&#257; (&#2344;&#2366;&#2351;&#2367;&#2325;&#2366;) verwijst naar de &amp;quot;heldin&amp;quot; in een dramatische voorstelling, zoals gebruikt binnen de klassieke traditie van Indiase dans en performance, ook wel bekend als Bharatanatyam.&mdash;In de(...)&lt;\/div&gt;\"  href=\"https:\/\/peacock-int.com\/arts\/india\/glossary\/nayika\/\"  data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]'  tabindex='0' role='link'>nayika<\/a> voor de geest te halen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De n&#x101;yik&#x101;&#x2019;s (heldinnen) worden over het algemeen in drie typen ingedeeld:<br>Svak&#x12B;ya of Sv&#x12B;ya,<br>Parakiya of Anya,<br>S&#x101;m&#x101;nya of S&#x101;dh&#x101;ra&#x1E47;a.<br><br>De heldinnen worden weer ingedeeld in drie typen, afhankelijk van de personages in een lied of het toneelstuk. Dit zijn: <br>(1) Uttama (de superieure), <br>(2) Madhyama (de middelmatige) en <br>(3) Adhama (de inferieure). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De classificaties van de heldinnen zijn gebaseerd op hun volwassenheid, hun relatie met de helden, hun karakter en hun verschillende emotionele toestanden. Wanneer een dans wordt gechoreografeerd, is het eerste dat in je opkomt welk type nayik&#x101; in het lied aanwezig is, of ze nu getrouwd of ongehuwd is. Het volgende punt dat in je opkomt is wat de emotionele toestand van de nayik&#x101; is en, afhankelijk daarvan, wordt het type nayik&#x101; bepaald voor de
